When you start a reading we ask for a first name and email address — the name so your reader can greet you, the email so your conversation history stays connected across visits. Your chat messages are stored to give your readings continuity. Our contact and enquiry forms collect what you type into them so we can reply. We also keep basic anonymous usage statistics (which pages are visited) to improve the site.
That's the inventory. We don't ask for what we don't need.
How it's used and protected
Your information is used solely to operate the service: running your readings, maintaining your history, answering your messages, and understanding site usage in aggregate. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don't send marketing you haven't asked for. Data is stored securely and access is restricted.
Your conversations are private one-to-one readings — never published, never shared, never used as anyone's testimonial.
Your rights and choices
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion of your data and history — the contact page reaches a human who will handle it. You can use much of the site without providing any personal information at all; readings simply need the name-and-email minimum described above.
